Our Wellness Center
The Windsor Court Wellness Centre features an endless wave therapy pool, a hot tub, a spa, specialized senior friendly exercise equipment and the opportunity to arrange for massage therapy.
Our wellness programs are designed to support the needs of the whole person. In addition to the physical well being, they also feature social, intellectual, and spiritual components.
Based on this holistic approach, our goal is to stabilize and improve the overall well being of our residents and seniors from the Fredericton area, who can use our beautiful wellness centre for a small fee.
