PROMOTING RESIDENTS OVERALL WELLNESS

In addition to Windsor Courts 7 day a week Activity Schedule they are also very excited about their new Wellness Program. The Wellness Programs are designed to support the needs of the Whole Person. In addition to their physical needs Wellness also embodies the social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of all Windsor Court residents. An endless wave therapy pool, a hot tub,a spa,special senior friendly exercise equipment,massage therapy, a variety of activities and health information sessions are just some of the programs designed to stabilize and improve the overall wellness of their residents. Windsor Court will also be inviting seniors from the Fredericton and area community to enjoy their beautiful new wellness center.
