Cam Rabaey – President
I spent the first 25 years of my career as an accountant in Ontario and the Maritime Provinces. In the early 1990s I became involved with Windsor Court and have had much more satisfaction in the retirement industry than I ever did in the accounting industry. Primarily, my satisfaction comes from working with my team to achieve a standard of living for our seniors that gives them the best lifestyle possible while still maintaining their independence. Our holistic approach ensures that our residents get the best available care in all areas of their life - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. I contribute our success to the dedicated and compassionate staff we have here at Windsor Court – on every level. I am very proud of the work we do here and I am so thankful for our staff and the residents who choose to call Windsor Court “home”.

Debbie Meadows – Health Care Director
I joined the Windsor Court family in 2007 after enjoying a diverse range of Nursing experience-Cardiac Care, ER, Extra Mural, and Medical Surgical Nursing. I have always enjoyed taking on new challenges and it was for this reason that I accepted the position as Health Care Director at Windsor Court.
Our Healthcare Department offers 24 hour care to our residents . Our Team includes Licensed Practical Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and Health Care Aides –all of our Healthcare staff are trained in emergency procedure and all attend workshops for continued training and skill development. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide for our residents. Our Healthcare Services range from those requiring basic care to convalescent care for those recovering from illness or surgery and one-on-one care for those requiring more concentrated assistance. We also provide medication management to all of our residents (working in partnership with Lawton`s Drugstore). We look forward to your choosing Windsor Court as your new home and to providing you a level of continuous, quality care that is “second to none.”
