Covid19 measures & situation

Everyone with team Windsor Court is committed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents. During the COVID19 pandemic, the situation has continuously evolved. Therefore, we evaluate new information daily, fine tuning our approach.

Since March 13th 2020, we have monitored visitors, excluding those who had travelled outside the country from visits to our facility.

On March 16th, we closed the doors to all non-essential visitors while implementing active screening protocols, including temperature taking, for staff and essential visitors.

Our housekeeping team has increased cleaning and disinfecting especially of high touch surfaces.

We have altered our activities schedule to allow for physical distancing and our team members are assisting residents and their loved ones with virtual visits via Skype, Messenger, Zoom, etc.. We have added more staff for one-on-one visits and for walks around the courtyard as the weather allows.

We have implemented a dining protocol that alternates room service for some, while others dine in the restaurant, allowing for physical distancing. This gives every resident a chance to dine out/stay in on a rotational basis.

Some of our residents have groceries dropped off by loved ones. These are sanitized before being distributed to residents. We are also assisting with shopping for necessities.

Please continue to stay in touch directly with your loved ones via phone, e-mail, social media, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific questions.

Be safe, stay well.
